From high vineyards along the valley of the Savio in a company whose wine-making tradition dates back to 1912 when, at the international exhibition in Paris, the table wines of Sebastiano Fabbri were awarded the diploma of honor and the "Croce d'OrO" born from vines world famous, the Cabernet and the Merlot, the Fuoriserie wine, the result of a courageous bet. An important wine, destined to reveal its complex balance over time.

Colour

Clear wine with an intense garnet red color.

Bouquet

Complex olfactory intensity, in the background it reveals typical varietal aromas of cabernet, herbaceous to which are added soft tones of merlot.

Flavour

The taste is dry, quite warm, with a proper tannin charge, overall harmonious and balanced. Red fruits, blackberry and plum, then among the tertiary tobacco, a slight note of cinnamon. The olfactory persistence is long.
