Description
This sparkling wine is made from a blend of different wines, some of which have been aged in wood using the Solera method, and has rested on the lees for many years. My bottles are only degorged in small quantities when they best express their character. (Marco Buvoli)

Story | The Extra brut 'Solera' is the company's most classic and perhaps most powerful sparkling wine, the one you can drink any time of day, with meals or on its own. Bottling for the second fermentation takes place normally in spring, blending bases from different vintages. It stayed for 48 months on the lees, and it is a sparkling wine with a strong personality and elegance. A great Blanc de Noirs. |
