The scent is intense and pleasantly aromatic due to its strong notes of rose and tilia flower.

Flavour

In the mouth, it is soft, balanced and fine, with a delicately aromatic aftertaste reminiscent of passion fruit, rose and lychee.

Pairing

Excellent with smoked fish or classic Tyrolean dumplings made with bread, cheese and speck. It is also excellent with some cured meats, such as the Sauris ham.

Vinification In order to preserve their aromatic qualities, the grapes are vinified in the absence of oxygen to protect them from oxidation. They are then subjected to cryomaceration to extract the typical aromatic components in the skins. After soft pressing and static decantation, fermentation occurs at 14°C in steel tanks.
Ageing This is followed by ageing on the lees for 3 months.
