Vinification	Pinot Noir is vinified in pink, leaving the skins in contact with the must for 10 hours. First fermentation in steel tanks and ageing in the same tanks for 7 months at controlled temperature 16-18 °C.
Ageing	Second fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months. The expedition liqueur is made from Chardonnay wine, aged in French oak barrels and cane sugar.
