Bollinger Champagne La Grande Année Brut 2014

Colour

Visually it has a splendid appearance with a crystalline, straw yellow colour with greenish reflections that confirm all its "youth". The perlage is mostly fine, numerous and persistent.

Bouquet

It expresses all its elegance on the nose, fresh and complex with notes of pear and peach, fragranced notes of bread crust and a pleasant spice.

Flavour

A creamy taste with a beautiful crispiness and sapidity. A long finish with pleasing fruity and toasty notes. A great wine to leave to mature in the wine cellar to enjoy all the sensations this wine is capable of.
