Harvest	The grapes ripen in the second to third decade of October.
Vinification	Grapes are pressed by soft pressing of the whole bunch. Fermentation occurs at a temperature of 18-20°C in steel tanks. The wine is left to age for at least a year in tanks before being bottled.
Ageing	In the bottle for 10-12 months.
