All stages of grape processing are aimed at enhancing the characteristics of the territory, the Langhe: tradition in treating the vineyard and contemporary wisdom in the cellar are the foundation of a constant high quality production.
The Dogliani family feels a deep bond with winemaking using the ancient, deep-rooted local traditions of a knowledgeable area such as the Langhe, which is a UNESCO heritage site, situated in the province of Cuneo.
Respect for their land and the values of being part of the people of Langhe, have been a feature of the whole Batasiolo history since 1978, when they purchased their vineyards and their seven assets among the most evocative and prestigious Nebbiolo vineyards for Barolo. Read more

Wine making | Destemming and soft pressing. The must obtained is cooled to 0 °C and kept in cold storage. This is followed by slow fermentation in autoclave until reaching 6.5% of alcohol content at which point it is bottled. |
