Barbier Louvet Champagne Grand Cru Cuvée d'Ensemble Brut
The wines produced by David and Celine Barbier, proud and convinced by Vigneron Indépendant, stand out for their neatness and olfactory cleanness, they are endowed with a powerful but balanced acidity, worthy of the best pinot noir in the area. "Gastronomic" and excellent value for money, their bottles have an irresistible drink and are "indispensable" at the table with friends.

Perlage

Fine and persistent perlage.

Colour

Straw yellow with golden reflections.

Bouquet

Floral notes emerge (elder, linden and lily of the valley), citrus fruits (bergamot), dried fruit (hazelnut and almond), ripe exotic fruit (passion fruit and mango) and toasted bread, on a mineral background.

Flavour

Elegant, intense memories of dried fruit and precious roasts resurface in the enveloping final trail.
