Luminous ruby red.

Bouquet

A range of aromas that expresses itself on notes of red berries, dog rose, dried violets, walnut husk, then mineral sensations of graphite and undergrowth. Peppermint and almonds accompany notes of black pepper, cardamom, black fondant and leather.

Flavour

The taste is soft, with a great and pleasant perception of freshness supported by a satisfying saline component. Dense and velvety tannic baggage. Articulated persistence.
