Allegrini La Grola 2020
The company estate 'La Grola' represents an ideal place to make wine in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region. The legend says that the beautiful Corvina grape originated here.

Colour

Clear, deep ruby red.

Bouquet

The nose immediately highlights sandalwood and musky notes, then blackcurrant, nutmeg, cinchona, graphite and balsamic reflexes.

Flavour

The taste is articulated between tannins of fine texture and a persuasive alcoholic embrace, diluted by congruous freshness. The finish is embellished with a mineral style.

Pairing

The 'La Grola' is suitable to accompany red meat dishes, both roasted and with brown sauces, especially lamb and kid. In addition, it is delicious with stewed or grilled mushrooms and non-spicy aged cheeses.
