Pinot Nero is the star of the 1701 Franciacorta Rosé. The exclusive use of this grape lends a unique shade of pink with a powerful aromatic fragrance punctuated with notes of wild strawberries and small red berries.

	Perlage Very fine perlage, rich and persistent.
	Colour Compact waxy rose of beautiful luminosity.
	Bouquet The nose enveloping initial scents of raspberry, wild strawberry and tangerine turn towards delicate hints of star anise and cinnamon; closure with shades of short pastry, slightly mentholated.
	Flavour The sip, endowed with freshness and savouriness, is striking for its great balance and length, with a tangy return and red fruits.
