Bulleit Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a thin and complex whiskey created by a mixture of high rye (around 28%), corn (68%) and barley malt (4%). Bulleit Bourbon has a decidedly spicy character, and a clean and smooth finish, this whiskey is aged for 6 years in new American white oak casks. The nose is slightly spicy and prickly with notes of jam and toasted oak. On the palate it has a full flavor, with notes of spicy orange, maple wood and nutmeg. The finish is long and dry with abundant notes of spices and light caramel hints. |
