Among the first stands out the Soave produced with grapes from the hills of Monteforte d'Alpone, located 300 meters above sea level in the heart of the classic area of the denomination. The steep slopes are furrowed by terracing with dry stone walls where the vines are bred with the traditional Veronese pergola system. The soil is of volcanic origin, with basaltic formations, rich in calcium, magnesium and potassium.
The introduction of a small percentage of wine from the drying of the same grapes, increases the complexity of this Soave and leads him to touch the 4 bunches.
Among the red wines Amarone Proemio 2011 stands out, which demonstrates the mastery achieved by the winery in modulating wood; after fermentation, the wine matured for two years in barrels of different ages, origin, size and toasting with a clever game of crossings that have increased the organoleptic profile with never intrusive tertiary notes.
