Our champagnes are exclusively made from grapes picked up in our vineyards. Planted with Chardonnay white grapes, our vines are sited in Chouilly village Grand Cru territory and give our champagnes the prestigious and sought-after, because rare, Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne labelling.
The champagnes we offer you all rested for several years in our cellars, favouring the development of their own typical features. Each harvest is different, so are all champagnes. They are only waiting for you to taste them.
