Aspasie

Heir to a long line of Champagne winegrowers, Paul-Vincent Ariston perpetuates two centuries of winegrowing tradition in Brouillet (a village in the Ardre Valley, west of Reims). A notarised deed, dated 13 January 1794, bears witness to this.

For five generations, the family has cultivated the art of the vine and perpetuated a unique know-how, rich in experience, gestures and passions passed on day after day.
