||After the grape harvest of the bunches, strictly selected and coming from the vineyards destinated to the production of the Magnificentia, follows a light pressing.
||The fermentation takes place partly in oak barrels. Mature at least 36 months in bottle on its lees, which develops elegant creamy mousse.
||Suitable as aperitif, it is a good accompaniment above all to fish courses.
