||The Franciacorta hills, precisely in Erbusco, in the piece of ground named “COMARI’ DEL SALEM” (220/240 m. above sea-level) belonging to the Uberti Farm.
||After the grape harvest of the bunches, strictly selected in the piece of ground named Comarì, follows a light pressing.
||The fermentation of the must occurs partly in oak-barrels. It is normally put on the market at least 48 months after its becoming sparkling, so that it can better refine as time goes on. The bottles produced are then numbered.
