DOC Alto Adige Lagrein Rosato
||The grapes come from the areas of Ora, Tramin and Egna, where the vineyards are planted in calcareous clay and gravelly soils.
||After briefly soaking with the skins, the grapes for this rosé were softly pressed to tank. The must is then fermented at controlled temperature (20-22 °C) in steel tanks and allowed to go through malolactic fermentation.
||This rosé pairs well with hearty appetizers, smoked fish and white meat.
