||Clay and gravel soils on the south of the village Tramin.
||The grapes were de-stemmed and fermented at controlled temperature (28 °C) in steel tanks, where malolactic fermentation was allowed to occur.
||The wine was then aged in used barrels.
||We recommend pairing this wine with red meats, game and cheeses.
