||8 months in stainless steel vats, approximately 24 months in oak barrels made of a mixture of different woods (Allier, Never and Tronçais) and afterwards 12 months in the bottle before marketing.
||Pairs with dishes with rich sauces, excellent with roasted game or with aged cheeses.
