||The grapes are grown in our Fragagnano (TA) estate, near Manduria, where the soil is limestone mixed with tuffaceous layers of medium consistency.
||The grapes are vinified in thermo-conditioned steel tanks; maceration, carried out at a temperature not higher than 26 ° C, takes place over 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation was completed by the beginning of winter.
||Subsequently, the wine is further refined steel for a period of about 3 months and, after bottling, remains in the bottle for 2 months before being put on the market
