Vineyards location On sunny rocky terraces of lava rock windy island of Pantelleria, in the vineyards of Costa Gadir Mueggen, Khamma and Martingana. Martingana is an area south of this small island in the middle of the Mediterranean.
Climate Vineyards exposed to the sun, all day
Harvest The low vines, planted in 1932, by the nature of the soil, exposure and age of plants, produce very few bunches of grapes that are harvested in August
Production technique Selecting only the best grapes, placed on racks to dry in the sun stone for twenty - thirty days, making sure to manually turn them several times.
