Moet & Chandon Dom Perignon Champagne Vintage 2000
Dom Pérignon was the first prestige cuvée, an idea proposed by Englishman Laurence Venn. The first vintage of Dom Pérignon was 1921 and was only released for sale in 1936. Dom Pérignon is a vintage champagne, meaning that it is only made in the best years, and all grapes used to make the wine were harvested in the same year. Many champagnes, by contrast, are non-vintage, which means that the champagne is made from grapes harvested in various years.

| Aroma/Bouquet |
They characterize complex aromas fruit of the long evolution in bottle. The tones of blond tobacco and liquorice join to those toasted of coffee, nut. The aromas of honey, mature fruit, of candit are melted perfectly with the precedence. |
| Taste |
Warmth, full load, wrapping, with complete and freschi yielded tones. Long one has a persistence much, that it is strange, much pleasant one to the palate. |

 |
This is a flûte having a larger body and narrow opening, characteristics which allow the oxygenation of wine and therefore a proper development of complex and tertiary aromas of the mature and vintage classic method sparkling wines, without compromising the development and the appreciation of perlage. |
