||The harvest and winemaking processes are done separately for each grape depending on their respective maturation periods.
||After blending in steel tanks, the wine is poured into French barriques: 50% of which are new and 50% of which are old. It ages there for approximately 10 months. After a further two months in steel, the wine is bottled and put on the market in May.
