|Composition of the land
||The soil is moderately chalky with few organic substances and little clay
||Half September for the Merlot, followed by Alicante and ending with the Cabernet Sauvignon well into October
||Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled (max. 32 C) stainless steel vats.
||Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled (max. 320 C) stainless steel vats.
||The wine subsequently rests for 18 months in 75% new and 25% second usage barriques. It is bottled after a light clarifying 24 months after the harvest and is put on the market 3 autumns later
