||A third of the grapes selected for this wine come from the area of extraordinary Cornaiano Oltradige hills at an altitude of 450-500 m above sea level; two-thirds coming on from Lowlands - Mazzon.

|Composition of the land
||The production medium consists of a combination of both clay and gravelly soils rich in minerals.
||Four hours’ maceration allows the aromas to be extracted. After harvesting, the grapes are soft pressed. Fermentation at controlled temperature takes place in steel vats. Refinement in steel barrels on fine lees for eight months.
||Aging in steel tanks for eight months on the fine lees.
||We recommend it in combination with seafood, cheeses and pastries such as strudel.
