||Harvesting and other works on the vines are done manually.
||The “alberello” trimming, together with the pruning of the brunches, allows a maximum production of 1 Kg of grapes per vine.
||Vinification in open truncated cone-shaped oak vats for the alcoholic fermentation, with manual stirrings and long macerations.
||Malolactic fermentation in barrique, where it ages for 18 months. Bottle refinement 12 months minimum.
