||White sweet from grapes with noble rot sweet
||1% Sauvignon, 98% Semillon, 1% Muscadelle
||Harvested in waves (3 to 5 depending on the year) by experienced pickers. They are picking grapes with botrytis on it giving a high natural concentration of sugar and aromas.
||The wine is fermented either in vat or in barrel.
||Is aged in barrels in Lamothe's underground cellars.
||It is an ideal aperitif or a delight with foie gras, and also goes beautifully with white meats and desserts that are not overly sweet.
