||In the local dialect ceuso means mulberry, the plant introduced by the Arabs over a thousand years ago whose leaves are fed to silkworms. Ceuso is the child of the Sicilian indigenous varietal par excellence Nero d'Avola together with two extraordinary international varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
