Ca del Bosco Cuvee Rose' Prestige
Transition. The pink color is more than a state of suspended animation, like a delicate transition between the white and red chase, never to be neither one nor the other. Franciacorta Rosé offers a magic torn between two shades. The pinkish color is obtained after a short maceration of red grapes of Pinot Noir.
Only a few hours to get that particular hue that evokes the sunsets of spring: you must seize the moment, a moment before the color is too light, a moment later it's too dark. And then the delicate meeting with Chardonnay and a slow, patient aging. Cuvée Prestige Rosé, Franciacorta ideal for important occasions. Particularly the most romantic.

This glass, called flûte, has a narrow and tall body in order to favor and appreciate the development of the refined perlage typical for this sparkling wines produced with the classic method.
