||Yellowish brown color, sandy topsoil, coarse, calcareous; substract of sea sediment originating from the Pliocene age. Abundant rounded rocks.
||In temperature-controlled hybrid stainless steel and oak tanks, between 20 and 30 degrees centigrade, for 70 to 10 days. Malolactic: in barrel.
||Aged for 1 year in customized 350 liter French Oak barrels.
||Ideal accompaniment to red meat and savory game, as well as perfect match to medium-aged cheeses. Its good structure makes it capable of long-term aging.
