Attems (Frescobaldi)
Friuli is one of the varieties most important and representative for the neck. Has recently changed its name, from "Tocai" to "Friulano". The nose in his first months of life presents hints of white flowers, over the course of months, the scent becomes more spicy. The color is a pale yellow, with characteristic green tint. The taste is a mineral wine, full, fat, almond finish. It 'easy to combine with fish or white meat, but it can safely be drunk as an aperitif, accompanied by prosciutto di San Daniele.
