||The Negroamaro grapes dedicated to our rosé wine were hand-picked around 7-8 September.
||Delicately de-stemmed and softly pressed. The resultant must was kept in stainless steel tanks at 10 °C in order to obtain a natural decantation. Afterwards, the alcoholic fermentation is carried out at low temperatures (16°C) to preserve the primary aromas.
||The wine is refined in bottle for 4 months.
||Delicious if paired with fish soup with fresh tomatoes, white meats and appetizers typical of Puglia.
