Climate After a winter climate characterized by average temperatures, spring arrived with widely varying meteorological conditions, characterized by low temperatures and frequent rains, which lasted until the end of June. This weather pattern, especially the lowering of temperatures, has caused a delay in the processes of flowering and fruit set. Following the climatic conditions have improved and remained favorable throughout the summer. The ripening of the grapes so you have been duly returned and is in traditional times. The harvest for grapes for Vin Santo began in mid-September.
Production technique The grapes come from vineyards adjacent to The Estate Braccesca, mainly Malvasia and Trebbiano, were carefully monitored and collected serially according to the different degrees of maturation of the plots.
