Wines Encostas is the personal project of Xose Lois Sebio. In the search for more direct wines, unique personality and valorizare areas more difficult to grow, but with a distinctive identity. Areas often forgotten or unusual, with different preparations. Traditional and innovative for others, but because of its low yield and high costs make it difficult to develop the culture of conventional wine.
The method of cultivation is ecological or biodynamic
or conventional, depending on the location of the property, and the variety of terrain. The goal, to get grapes that best express the identity of the territory from which they come. Always respect the personality of the soil and the variety.
All the wines are made with minimal intervention and without other products outside the wine. Low sulfur content, which, as in the case of emission in 2009 in its first vintage is in line with the development of natural wines with a minimum content of sulfur dioxide.
