||The grapes come exclusively from vineyards with excellent exposure and soil quality sits in the community of Neive, in the province of Cuneo.

||The grapes are handpicked then, after being removed from the stalks, they are soft pressed. Fermentation’s temperature is controlled in thermo conditioned vats 30° degrees C. (83° F.). Maceration of 10 days with racking of the product only when all the sugar has been transformed into alcohol.
||The wine is aged for 2 year in Slavonian oak casks and in medium size French oak casks, then an additional year in concrete tanks that are insulated with cork and lined in fiberglass. The wine is then aged an additional 24 months in the bottle prior to been released under the name of Riserva.
||Rich, dry and deep in flavor, Barolo is an excellent accompaniment to red meats and spicy cheeses.
